Payment Policy
All sessions are paid in full through Square at the time of booking.
A non-refundable deposit is included in your total session payment and secures your selected date and time.
Your session is not confirmed until full payment has been received.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
The deposit portion of your payment is non-refundable under all circumstances.
If you need to reschedule, you may transfer your payment one time to a new available date with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your session will forfeit the $40 deposit and require a new deposit to rebook.
In the event of unsafe weather conditions, your session will be rescheduled at no additional charge
